Young artist from Bologna, living and working in Italy and New York. Her first works consisted in performances showing and partly modifying the human body. Starting from an investigation of her body, in terms of measuring her sensations and her being in the world, Sissi’s works progressively turned to deal with the concepts of mutation, time circularity, visual expansion and contamination between the natural and the artificial world.
