Saor Restaurant

a tribute to Venetian cuisine

Chef working in the open-air show kitchen of Ristorante Saor, surrounded by greenery

The Saor Restaurant with Executive Chef Mattia Bianchi at the helm is the second option at the Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà. It offers guests a gastronomic experience that typifies the local area: the name itself, Saor, in Venetian dialect, suggests you can "savour" the true essence of local cuisine, based on memory, seasonality and local products. Each dish tells of a story, tradition and scent of childhood, transformed into a sensory experience that perfectly balances technique, creativity and raw material.

The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, and in the summer, you can enjoy your lunch all the more outdoors in the pagodas in the grounds where you can breathe in the scent of flowers and catch glimpses of the vineyards.

Each item on the menu at the Saor restaurant is an invitation to rediscover the flavour of tradition with a contemporary twist.
