An experience born from the meeting of two outstanding local icons: Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà, where history, design and contemporary art coexist in perfect harmony, and one of the most prestigious wineries in Valpolicella, guardian of a winemaking tradition renowned throughout the world.
The tour explores some of the defining aspects of the region's wine production, beginning with a visit to the appassimento room, home to La Magnifica, the Guinness World Record barrel, which has held the title for its extraordinary size since 2010.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of four wines, leading guests on a journey through some of Italy's most celebrated wine regions before arriving at the excellence of Valpolicella and its iconic wine: Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG. Just like the artworks displayed at Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà, each wine tells a story of identity, craftsmanship and passion, creating a harmonious dialogue between art, culture, music and the land.
Each wine is paired with a selection of artisanal local cheeses and cured meats, carefully chosen to enhance its aromas and distinctive characteristics.
