An experience designed as an authentic and deeply emotional immersion in the heart of Valpolicella, during the most symbolic and identity-defining moment of the wine year: the harvest.
A journey born from the dialogue between Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà, a place where art, history and beauty coexist in perfect balance, and the landscape of Valpolicella, where nature and wine culture have been intertwined for centuries.
The experience begins with a private transfer from the hotel to the historic vineyards surrounding one of the most prestigious wineries in Valpolicella. Here, gentle hills shape a landscape unlike any other in the world, giving season after season a unique and precious heritage: wine.
The journey continues through the production areas and ageing cellars, with a special focus on the appassimento process, a fundamental stage in the creation of Amarone.
The experience then continues with a sensory tasting journey, guiding guests through some of the most significant wine expressions of the Veneto region: from Lake Garda to Valpolicella, culminating in Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, the ultimate symbol of excellence. The wines are accompanied by a selection of local artisanal cheeses and cured meats, carefully chosen to enhance and reveal the character of each individual wine.
To make the experience even more personal and memorable, guests will have the opportunity to customise the label of an Amarone bottle, created exclusively for Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà.
