An intimate and private journey, limited to a maximum of six guests, designed for those who wish to discover the art of fine dining cuisine.
The class is led by Executive Chef Donato De Leonardis, who will guide guests through the preparation of two dishes selected from one of the restaurant’s three Michelin-starred tasting menus (desserts excluded), sharing the techniques, creativity, and philosophy behind his gourmet cuisine.
The experience concludes with a tasting of the dishes prepared, complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing featuring two glasses of wine selected to achieve a perfect sensory balance.
