Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 5 days prior to arrival, 2pm local time. For late cancelations, shortening of stay and/or no-show penalty fee is 100% of the amount of the Offer. O

Opera Show Tickets are sold upon availability, after total prepayment at the moment of the confirmation and not refundable.
